Directions

We are located in the 333 professional building on the north side of 41st St. (also called Arthur Godfrey Road) in Miami Beach, Suite # 706.

If entering address into a GPS, type West 41st Street (although we are far east, only blocks from the beautiful Atlantic ocean!)

There is a Dunkin Donuts on the corner. We are only 5 short minutes away from I-95 via the Julia Tuttle Causeway (195).

Parking

There are usually plenty of on-street metered parking spaces available .

There is a City of Miami Beach public parking garage across the street at Sheridan and 42nd St., which is guaranteed to always have plenty of additional spaces.

Financing

We accept all standard forms of payment including cash, check, and all major credit cards.

For more comprehensive treatment plans we offer in-house flexible payment schedules and no interest / low interest financing through third-party companies.
 

Insurance

We are not a contracted provider with any dental insurance. PPO dental insurance networks will cover treatment according to the out-of-network provisions of your policy.

Most policies allow you to assign benefits directly to us. We would collect your estimated co-pay and file all the necessary paperwork on your behalf for the insurance to cover the balance.

Each policy is different and our insurance coordinator will work with you to analyze your specific benefits. With enough time we can always predetermine copays in advance and avoid any surprises.
